Flight3

Flight3 is a creative-first web3 marketing agency, built after seeing first-hand how poor most marketing in the space had become. We had launched our own products and were frustrated by agencies that didn’t understand the culture, over-indexed on hype, and produced rushed, interchangeable work. So we built Flight3 to fix that. The approach was simple. Build brands people care about, then scale them through culture, community and content. Over five years we delivered 200+ projects, generated $10m+ in revenue, and worked with teams ranging from early-stage startups to global companies including Coinbase, Solana and Google. As co-founder and CCO, I built and led the creative studio from the ground up, defining our approach to brand and campaigns, introducing new tools and workflows including early adoption of AI, and leading creative direction across all client and internal work.
